Software-priced
A fixed annual administration fee — never a percentage of trust assets. Your fee doesn't grow just because your estate does.
A fixed-template inter vivos discretionary trust, settled under Namibian law from N$2,500, then run for as little as N$1,800 a year. We charge for the work, not the wealth.
Trust administration has always been a relationship-priced service. We rebuilt it as a software-priced one — without giving anything up on compliance, control, or fiduciary duty.
A fixed annual administration fee — never a percentage of trust assets. Your fee doesn't grow just because your estate does.
You choose your independent and discretionary trustees. We administer — we never appoint ourselves as trustee of your trust.
A single, professionally drafted discretionary trust template. Less to negotiate, less to go wrong, less to pay for.
Compliant with the Trust Moneys Protection Act and lodged with the Master of the High Court. More jurisdictions to follow.
No drafting marathon, no opaque retainer letters, no asset-percentage trustee fee. Everything is templated, transparent and online.
Tell us about the settlor, beneficiaries and starting assets in a 10-minute online form. Our deed template fills itself in.
Your trustees sign the deed digitally. We lodge it with the Master of the High Court and obtain letters of authority.
Resolutions, distributions and statutory filings happen in your dashboard. Pay one annual fee and forget about admin.
No add-on bills for things that should just be part of the service. Our annual administration fee covers the full statutory rhythm of a simple inter vivos trust.
See pricingMove the sliders. We compare a Micro-Trusts annual fee to a typical Namibian professional trustee charging 1.0% of assets a year (with a N$8,000 minimum). Indicative only.
Pick the plan that fits the shape of your trust today. Upgrade later if it gets more complicated. No tier change in fees because your assets grew.
Up to 5 beneficiaries, up to 10 assets, no foreign assets, no immovable property.
More than 5 beneficiaries, immovable property, or foreign assets. Same software, more workflows.
Third-party costs — Master of the High Court fees, audit (if needed), tax filings, and any external trustee fees you negotiate with your chosen independent trustees — are billed at cost and shown separately. We never receive a referral fee from a trustee or service provider.
A N$10m trust pays N$100,000 a year — for largely the same statutory work.
Trustee fees often hidden inside investment fees, lock-in to in-house funds.
Fee is independent of trust size. We administer; we don't manage your money.
An inter vivos trust is created during the settlor's lifetime, rather than by will. A discretionary trust gives the trustees, not the settlor, the power to decide which beneficiaries receive what, and when. Namibian families typically use them for estate planning, generational wealth, asset protection, and clean separation between family assets and personal liabilities.
No. We are an administrative trustee business — we do the administration so the trustees you appoint can focus on the fiduciary decisions. You choose your own independent and discretionary trustees. We can suggest qualified independent trustees from a panel, but the appointment is yours.
It isn't, beyond the parties, beneficiaries and a small set of structured options. We use a single, professionally drafted, fixed-template discretionary deed. Standardisation is what makes the price possible — and removes a meaningful source of avoidable drafting risk.
By donation or sale on loan account, depending on what you settle and the tax position. Cash and listed securities are simple; immovable property requires a transfer through a conveyancer (third-party cost). We give you the workflow and templates; you sign the documents.
The Master of the High Court issues letters of authority to trustees and is the principal supervisory authority for trusts in Namibia. The Trust Moneys Protection Act and common-law fiduciary duties also apply. We handle the statutory rhythm so trustees stay compliant by default.
Namibia is our launch jurisdiction. Once we have proven the model, additional jurisdictions will follow on the same standardised, software-priced basis. Join the waitlist and tell us where you'd want one.
All trust records are exportable — deed, resolutions, financials, distributions, beneficiary register. If you ever leave us, you take everything with you. Your trustees own the records, not us.
We are onboarding founding settlors in cohorts. Tell us a bit about you and the trust you're thinking about. We'll be in touch within a few business days.
